Listen deeply to the wisdom of the trees as they whisper and sigh as we walk mindfully through the forest to choose a tree companion and guide.
Kindle and integrate your own inner wisdom and sense of wonder with theirs through the gift of writing your own unique story.

WHAT TO BRING: Journal and pen/coloured pencils
WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear warm suitable clothing for the weather on the day, we will be outdoors most of the time
